Just to let you know the clubs have arrived safely this morning (while you were still all in bed, because of the 7 hour time difference)...so only 3 days to get here.
Purely for your information, when shipping here for other clients you might want to advise them that the Thai customs will add on a 10% import duty plus 7% tax at this end and ask for payment at your door. You might wish to impart this info to buyers so they can ensure they have enough cash ready. (Its about the same as the V.A.T. saved.!)
The clubs have no damage and I will be testing them all out this afternoon.!

I took them for an outing yesterday to the driving range and wow what a difference from my old Cleveland VAS clubs (Which were always a bit
weird both to look at and play with). When hit correctly ( to my surprise most of the time) I couldn't believe the beautiful buttery feel of the
contact, these are the first non cavity clubs I have played with so they will take little getting used to but I can't wait to get out with them again.
The Odyssey putter is also something else compared to my 20 yr old Ram Zebra, I spent a hour on the putting green with it and was in putter's
heaven, such beautiful feel and balance. It's like walking from night into day. Thanks very much for your help and excellent service. I will return

We have lot of different discussion boards and one I'm reading is www.golfpiste.com. People are asking lot of questions like: "Is left handed golf a trusted place to order?" and " Are the clubs they are selling original or copy clubs?" These are same questions for all web stores outside of Finland.
Actually I think your strength is that our gof stores do not have lot of clubs for left handed players. Only Golfbalance has left hand corner, other stores has just some stray clubs for left.
And for sure you are having good comments :-) thats the reason why I choose to order from you.

the only shop I know of where a LH player get's the same choice as a RH does
in other places. Speaking as one who has suffered with the RH dominance
elsewhere for years, at Kingswood I had a sense of ""THIS is what a pro-shop
should feel like"".

Hi Terry.
Just a quick note to say thank you so much for your time and patience
today. I can honestly say that i felt like a kid again, having so
many 'toys' at my disposal - and of course, your invaluable
guidance. I'm hoping that it'll make and inspire me to feel the same
way about my golf again, we'll see. I also don't know how many
people come to the same realisation as i did (especially as i've been
playing with the same clubs for 20 years), but i feel i've been
missing that sort of attention to my equipment (and realistic,
practical replacements) for two decades now. This is largely due to
the way left-handed golfers are treated in this country by
manufacturers (I urge you to act as our 'voice' to convey my
frustration to them).
Being a lefty can be lonely - we're dismissed. We'll happily pay a
little bit more - as we know cost is driving this - if we're not
treated like a piece of chewing gum on a shoe: a problem.
Fortunately, with you, we get the service and the price, even if the
manufacturers are unwilling to supply a good range of quality product.
There may not be enough lefties in the country for you to retire in
the next 5 years, but you'll certainly have a loyal army of left-
handed golfers on your hands. I can think of at least a dozen at my
club that i'll pass on your details to (Pro might not be happy- hmm).
I really feel that although i'm still not 100% that the 695CB's are
as beautiful as my dear old TP Originals, i need to move on and
intend to buy through you. A short period of bereavement, a word
with the bank manager, and i'll be on the phone soon.
That 905R driver was awesome. And it was the shallow face one i said
i was after - checked the site.

The weather finally relented and I was able to get out on the course on Sunday with
my new clubs.At least the bad weather enabled me to spend some time at the driving
range getting used to them. I have to say I couldn't be more pleased with both the
Mizuno irons and the R7 driver, and I would like to thank you for the time you spent

Just to let you know I recieved the Mizuno MP30's yesterday and I'm very
pleased with them, I didn't think they would be in as good condition as they
are.

Thanks for the advice which I followed. Good job that I did as CGdiscount didn't have the clubs in stock!! lots of crap excuses, but I still don't see why websites claim to have clubs in stock and then when you place an order, they haven't got them.
I then spoke to Robert in your shop and we have done the deal. He has promised to send the clubs on Monday and I will be grateful if you will confirm by e-mail that they have been despatched.
If nothing else comes out from this episode, you have at least got another customer. It is a pity we are so far away or I would have called in the shop to thank you personally.

Just wanted to say thank you to you and Mark for getting the X-18s to me so
quickly after what looked like being a bit of a delay. Shame the weather
was so lousy on Saturday as I would have hung around to give them a try!
Have now tried out a few of them at the range (the 5 and 7 irons were
particularly easy to use and I was getting the hang of the shorter irons as
time progressed) but their first outing in anger will be this Sunday with a
few mates in Dorset.
Have to say, I enjoyed the overall service you offer and would recommend to
other lefties. Will certainly look to come back to see what you think I
should be using in terms of drivers and fairway woods when funds allow!

I thought I'd reply once I'd used the clubs and let you know how I got on
with them - 73 !! Felt great and had a lot more confidence over the ball.
Not the longest course in the world (Par 71, 6,200) and the driver was
working well but I was much more in control of the iron shots.
Many thanks for your assistance and impartial advice. A lot of shops steer
customers to the most expensive items but you left me alone to make that
decision and I chose the most expensive ones anyway ! Very pleased to have
made the trip on Monday and will not shop anywhere else in the future.

Thought would just write to say thanks for the help from you and your team over the last week at the left handed golf day and on Sunday when I bought my new clubs. I had a great round today, me and my partner won our match in the annual men v womens comp at Tyrells 7 and 6! My driving with my new Cleveland Launcher was more consistant than it has been for ages going straighter and about 15 yards longer. The irons also went well and hit slighlty longer than previous ones. Next step is single figure handicap! Without being able to try so many clubs on a grass drving range I would not have had the courage to change clubs. You never know I may even try a lesson as have never had one!

Great to meet you yesterday. Having now spent time physically seeing current LH products and testing various clubs on the range I certainly feel like the investment of my time and travel expense was warranted.
I would like to thank you for arranging both the appointment at the Callaway Performance Centre (at such short notice) and the club testing session at Kingswood GC. I was extremely pleased with both activities after having found a date that enabled me to spend a good part of a day in London expressly to visit your pro shop.
I appreciated that you attended the Callaway session just to add some balance to the feedback. The offer of a transfer to Gatwick airport was ideal and helped make my planning for the day somewhat easier.
The driver and heavenwood will be on course this weekend in Holland, and more than likely a return visit in the near future will be scheduled.

We,lefties especially the ladies are getting a raw deal from the golf shops. I have great difficulty in finding shops that are prepared to stock LH ladies clubs. Having found Terry's web site I enquired about getting the Ping G2 irons to try out, I was surprised by such superb services. I now own a very nice set of Ping as well as a new King Cobra Driver bought on the 1st LH demo day in April 04.
I can recommend any left handed ladies to try Terry for advice on clubs and his prices are very competitive. At least you get a chance to try them out first which is a huge bonus! Thanks Terry.
